***PARENT BULLETIN, FROM THE STAGE MANAGER***

Welcome back everyone! (& welcome to our new cast members!)

Cinderella was awesome! Not only did the tech crew have a great time they were an excellent group of people to work with! The cast did an outstanding job!!

Now it's time for "Grease" I hope everyone is excited!

I've got a list started of what we will be needing. Please email me @ Slfeehan@hotmail.com to let me know who can help. (If I don't hear from people - I'll call :)! )

Need everyone to look for "food" signs for our cafeteria. If we don't find any we'll make our own.

Need three small tables on loan for the cafeteria & soda shop- preferably three small round ones w/ four black chairs.
Also need matching tablecloths, one set for cafeteria & one set for soda shop / "60's" style!

Need donation of old girls room items (remember "60's"- solid colors best) -
Bed skirt
Pillows
Curtains
Couple of posters (anyone got Elvis?)

For loan (until the play is over)-
1 four-drawer dresser (very light!! No black)
1 bed table (also very light! No black)

Also we will need more black & white paint. Thanks to Cinderella parents, our previous "paint drive" has left us with a lot of good color paint!

Everyone should bring in to BETA office one disposable paint roller & tray along with a disposable paint brush set (Lowe's has this for only a few dollars)- make sure your bag or box says - "For Lynn", so I'll be able to get them.

There may be a few more items later but this will do for now. Many thanks to all the contributors! (Bring items in as soon as possible or call me to make arrangements to get them - 934-9925)

Steve- I'll get up with you regarding the car!

Rich- I'm looking for some "minor" construction! I'll be getting with you soon too- hope you can help again! Where is Gigi???? :)

Casey Taylor, Lauron McKenzie, Ashley Moore.

Eight Jr. Cast Cheerleaders/Dancers:
Ali Ortiz, Amanda Smith, Larah Clark, Latia Thomas, Simmons McGahey, Brenna Vecchio, Brittany Villalpando, & Co-cast Patti Simcox.

Chorus:
Jessica Bryant, Brad Costello, Seth Friedland, Eithan Friedland,
Savannah Green, Lexie Palasciano, Rachael Burton, Kristyn Suelflow,
Abigail Friedland, Cahrlie Turner, Sam Wein, Bryce Wein, Jordon Tompkins, Christopher Costello, Marc Sessa, and Co-Cast Principals.

(Jr. Cast will perform the matinee shows and second Thursday and possibly one other evening show TBA.
Sr. cast will perform the evening shows only.)

All actors will perform in the chorus of each show.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Michelle Burton for Star of the Month - February. (January and February were combined - seasonal )

Congratulations to Lacie Tallo for being invited to BETA on Broadway.

********************************************************************************** Please return all borrowed costumes this week either to BETA or to Nelda Sorrenson on Thursday evening at the Rec Center.
********************************************************************************** No Food or Drink allowed past the lobby of BETA or on the carpeted area of the Rec Center. ********************************************************************************** "Superstars" are Fridays from 4:30-5:15. They are currently rehearsing two musical theatre routines and a playlet of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs". ********************************************************************************** There are two openings for voice students. One is Tuesday at 4:00 and the other is Friday at 2:30. ********************************************************************************** The "Stagebaby" class will begin the Saturday after Easter. It will be held at BETA from 11:00-11:45. It is $38.00 a month. ********************************************************************************** Piano students ............................PRACTICE!
Dance students..........................Double DITTO!
Voice students............................TRIPLE DITTO!
Especially pre-show choreography!!!! **********************************************************************************
